VLP Taka Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vlp taka ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing vlp taka at vlp-taka.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

vlp taka operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services on vlp taka — including live dealer games, fishing games, arcade titles, and payment processing — are governed by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use vlp taka.

These Terms apply to all versions of vlp taka, including the website at vlp-taka.app and the vlp taka mobile app. The same rules apply regardless of which device or version you use to access the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and play on vlp taka, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vlp taka does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on vlp taka. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been banned from vlp taka.

vlp taka reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

By registering on vlp taka, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on vlp taka. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If vlp taka detects multiple accounts linked to the same player, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your vlp taka login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. vlp taka will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your vlp taka account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

• You must not allow any other person to use your vlp taka account.
• You must not transfer funds between vlp taka accounts.
• You must keep your contact details up to date in your account settings.
• vlp taka may close inactive accounts after 12 months of no login activity, following prior notice.

4. Deposits & Payments

vlp taka accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions on the platform are processed in BDT — there are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange fees, and no surprises when you check your balance.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on vlp taka:

• bKash — instant deposit processing, available 24/7
• Nagad — instant deposit processing, available 24/7

The minimum deposit on vlp taka is ৳50 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though your mobile money provider may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your vlp taka account instantly once confirmed by the payment provider.

vlp taka does not store your bKash or Nagad PIN or account credentials. All payment transactions are processed directly through the respective payment provider's secure system. If a deposit does not appear in your vlp taka account within 10 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on vlp taka are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and protect your funds. Withdrawals to a different mobile money account will not be processed without identity verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount on vlp taka is ৳100 BDT. Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 60 minutes. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 60 minutes, contact our support team.

• Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed at least one deposit on vlp taka.
• vlp taka may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• vlp taka reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

vlp taka offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on vlp taka, you agree to these terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your vlp taka account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus offer. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• vlp taka reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If vlp taka determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the bonus offer. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account.
• Not all games on vlp taka contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots or arcade games — check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on vlp taka — including live dealer tables, fishing games, arcade titles, and RNG-based games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

Bets placed on vlp taka are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. If a technical error occurs during a game round that prevents a fair result from being determined, vlp taka reserves the right to void the round and return all stakes to the players involved.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game. Check the game interface for the minimum and maximum bet limits before playing.
• vlp taka is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to understand how a game works before placing real-money bets.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, vlp taka's server records will be used to determine the outcome. If the round completed successfully on the server, the result stands.
• vlp taka reserves the right to void bets placed in error — for example, bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error — and will notify affected players.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

vlp taka is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vlp taka and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets or interact with games on vlp taka.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on vlp taka.
• Attempting to launder money or use vlp taka for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vlp taka staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.

vlp taka uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for investigation, we may temporarily restrict your ability to withdraw funds while the review is in progress. We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.

9. Responsible Gaming

vlp taka takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your vlp taka account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play on vlp taka.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from vlp taka. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session.

10. Privacy & Data

vlp taka collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on vlp taka, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data we collect includes your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

• vlp taka will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment details — including bKash and Nagad account numbers — are stored securely and used only for processing your transactions on vlp taka.
• vlp taka may share data with regulatory authorities or law enforcement if required by law.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data vlp taka holds about you. Contact our support team to make a data access request.

11. Liability & Disputes

vlp taka provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. vlp taka will not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

vlp taka's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the dispute arises. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute about a game result, a transaction, or any other aspect of your vlp taka account, contact our support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team at [email protected]. vlp taka's decision on disputes is final.

• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. vlp taka will not investigate disputes raised after this period.
• Game results determined by our certified RNG systems or live dealer providers are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error.

12. Changes to These Terms

vlp taka reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of vlp taka after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using vlp taka and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
